What types of positions does Workforce Management offer?
Our company has many positions in various industries. We specialize in staffing for temporary, contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions across numerous areas of specialization.
If I am offered a position that does not meet my interests and/or availability, will this disqualify me from being considered for future placements?
One of the benefits of working with Workforce Management is choice and flexibility. Employees have the option to decline positions that do not meet their needs and expectations for a variety of reasons. We ask that employees only accept opportunities in which they can commit for the entire duration of the assignment or position.
What if I accept a contract position that does not meet my expectations?
Prior to the start of a placement, you will be provided with as much information as possible about the company and duties you will be performing. In the event that your expectations are not met, we ask that you contact Workforce Management to discuss this matter.
How will I be paid?
Employees are paid on a weekly basis. Workforce Management offers Direct Deposit or a hard copy check. You may view your weekly pay stub at Workforce Management Employee Portal.
What benefits do contract employees receive?
Upon eligibility, employees receive vacation pay, health insurance, dental, vision and supplemental.
